What we look for

Over time, the efficiency of production facilities can decline, leading to suboptimal operation. The energy efficiency of syngas plants can vary significantly, influenced by factors such as plant age, equipment type, process integration, and other conditions. BD Energy Systems utilizes our proprietary simulation tools to develop a computer model of the syngas plant, allowing us to simulate its performance and establish a benchmark for energy improvement, capacity enhancement, and decarbonization options.
